If there is a reason for complaint with your order, or you would like to return goods, please write us an email at contact@mbglobalpax.com before sending anything back. In order for us to process your request quickly, we require the following information from you:

  • Order number
  • Customer number
  • Article number
  • Quantity
  • Description of your concern

Additional information is necessary for complaints

  • Meaningful photos
  • Damage acknowledgments (e.g. notation on delivery note)

 

Our customer service will then coordinate the further procedure with you. We can also take back incorrectly or excessively ordered goods from business customers as a gesture of goodwill after individual examination, provided that they are in perfect condition. Damaged, damp, or dusty items are excluded from return. Custom-made products according to customer requirements as well as residual items are also excluded from returns. After receipt of the goods, you will receive a credit note, minus the conditions for transport, processing, restocking, and the inspection for the integrity of the goods (= restocking fee).
